Foot Prints: 1) Choose 1-3 traditional dishes, find a photo, the recipe for the dish and upload both to the blog.

2) When all partners have uploaded photo and recipes, you'll choose 1 or 2 dishes, cook it, thake photos, taste it and finally rate it. Use the rating documents created for the purpose.

Second Online Lesson: Food (Hunderupskolen)

On Monday 20th of January we celebrated our second online session within our Comenius Footprints Project. This time the topic was food and it was presented by one of our Danish partners ( Hunderupskolen) and Susanne as the teacher. She talked about the evolution of food in Denmark from Prehistoric times to nowadays. And she taught us how to make Danish bread and some other traditional food with the help of some of her students. It was very illustrating and entertaining. 

Our first Footprints video online lesson: The Vikings

We have already celebrated our first online lesson. It was carried out by one of our Danish partners (Tinglokkeskolen) and its teachers: Morten, Lise Lotte and Kasper. We all met at the same time and they taught us some interesting historical facts about the Vikings and how they have influenced the rest of the countries: Finland, Spain and the UK. Our students have learnt a lot and have enjoyed the experience very much. Kasper gave them the assignment of finding out what the Vikings found when they arrived to the other countries. The rest of the students will do the assignment for after Christmas. After that, they have had some time to meet and greet each other. Hopefully they will meet physically very soon.

Comenius Team

Here is part of the Comenius team who are going to work on our Comenius project. Some of them met in Cyprus and the rest have all met in Odense, Denmark. We hope this is the beginning of a great collaboration together.

Winner of the logo competition

This is the logo which has won the logo competition within our Comenius project. This will be the image of our project for the next two years. It was made by Ana Belén Hernández, a student of 1º Bachillerato in Colegio Antonio de Nebrija in Spain. Congratulations.
